Service: digitization and archiving of films, videos, images and audio materials.
Website use:
The content is the property of the Provider and is protected by copyright.
Copying, distributing or modifying without permission is prohibited.
Order and fulfillment:
Orders may be placed by email, phone or online form.
The performance deadline is agreed individually.
Payment: cash, transfer, method agreed in advance.
Liability:
The Provider does everything for the safety of materials but is not liable for damage arising from faults in the source material.
It is the client’s responsibility that digitized materials contain lawful content.
Data processing: as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Disputes: under Hungarian law, seeking amicable settlement; failing that, before the competent Hungarian court.
